Sharaf DG has officially inaugurated an Etisalat shop-in-shop at its outlet in The Dubai Mall. A first-of-its-kind, the new shop-in-shop was officially opened by Mohamed Al Zarouni, senior VP sales at Etisalat UAE, along with other top officials from the telecom provider. Sharaf DG CEO Nilesh Khalkho and his team also attended the opening event.
Etisalat ’s first retail shop-in-shop counter inside Sharaf DG outlet will give customers access to all of the services normally offered at business centres including registration of new pre-paid or post-paid lines, SIM replacement, SIM registration, bill payments and a range of other additional services.
“This partnership is one of many strategic initiatives by Etisalat in 2014 to customise services to best suit customer needs. The customers can now visit the shop-in-shop in addition to the Etisalat business centres for all their telecom needs,” says Al Zarouni.
