Gourmet Gulf undertakes digital transformation with Finesse, Salesforce

UAE-based F&B group, Gourmet Gulf is undertaking a digital transformation journey in collaboration with software system integrator Finesse and CRM specialist Salesforce. With this initiative, Gourmet Gulf seeks to elevate customer dining experience at its brands in the UAE.

This partnership promises to drive higher customer engagement, world-class dining experience and enhanced customer management. Using solutions from Finesse and Salesforce, Gourmet Gulf aims to broaden its consumer base and diversify brand portfolio, thereby enhancing customer loyalty.

Azkadenya, California Pizza Kitchen, Dalloyau, Panda Express, Texas de Brazil, The Hummingbird Bakery and Yo! Sushi are some of the brands operated by Gourmet Gulf.
