Dubai-based McARTHUR + COMPANY announces its joint venture (JV) with Jeddah-based Real Estate Development Solutions (REDS). The JV will provide strategic retail real estate services across the KSA with offices in Jeddah in 2018 and Riyadh in 2019.
“We have seen an increased demand for our professional services by developers and investors in the retail and entertainment real estate sector. Opening our offices in Saudi Arabia will ensure we are on the ground, and close to the retail community, giving our clients the best possible commercial results” says Phil McArthur, founder and chairman, McARTHUR + COMPANY.
“Our Board of Directors saw a natural opportunity to team up with McARTHUR + COMPANY. They have the international experience, and we have the local expertise. Having spent my career in the shopping centre industry in Saudi Arabia, we see a strong need for improved standards, guest experience and ultimately investment returns,” adds Mohammad Alawi, CEO of REDS.
McARTHUR + COMPANY, established in 2011, has offices in Dubai, Cairo, Jeddah, Mumbai and Kuala Lumpur, and provides retail real estate development, leasing and management services.
