Dubai-based real estate developer Nakheel Properties’ 93,000 sqft community centre in Dubai’s Discovery Gardens is due to open in early 2014. The developer has announced that the mall has been fully leased and construction is 35% complete.

More than 20 local and international brands have signed up for the mall, including its anchor store Geant, which will take up more than 40% of the complex. The mall will also feature a Chuck E Cheese’s family entertainment centre, children’s nursery, pharmacy, dry cleaning store, optical store, money exchange and hair salons. Confirmed eateries include Pizzaro, Wendy’s, Second Cup, Arabian Grill, Burger King, Texas Chicken, Chappan Bhog and The Exit.

The community mall will primarily serve 24,000 homes in Nakheel’s Al Furjan, Discovery Gardens and The Gardens communities in Dubai.
