UAE-based premium gift wrapping and packaging services brand Wrapt has signed an exclusive franchising deal with Kuwait-based conglomerate Fouad AlGhanim & Sons Group of Companies to open Wrapt stores in Kuwait. This marks Wrapt’s second franc hise deal in the GCC, following an agreement with Qatar-based Al Hazeem Projects in 2011.
“Our expansion plans to key markets with strategic alliances such as Fouad AlGhanim & Sons Group of Companies ensures brand novelty is introduced to wider base and community at large. Our strategy in coming two years is to cover all GCC countries by opening at least one Wrapt store in each city,” says Aysha Butti Al Muhairi, founder & owner of Wrapt.
“Our aim is to work with innovative and visionary labels with unique approach to their business model. Wrapt brings originality that automatically sets the tone for other types of names that we will target for our retail sector in Kuwait,” adds Altaf Fouad Al Ghanim, Fouad Al Ghanim & Sons Group of Companies.
