Pizza Hut UAE converts considerers into customers with ad campaign

American restaurant chain, Pizza Hut has achieved the biggest uplift in its ad awareness in the UAE in February, shares YouGov – internet-based market research and data analytics firm. This is the result of Pizza Hut’s ‘Limo 1-Meter Pizza Fun’ campaign – a one meter pizza box, containing 36 slices of pizza and three dips.

Pizza Hut released digital, print and out of home adverts to promote this new offering. In addition, the campaign also featured a number of social media competitions. As a result, YouGov BrandIndex data shows that Pizza Hut’s Ad Awareness score increased by an impressive 10 points, from +33.1 on February 2 to +43.4 on February 27.

UAE consumers are not only noticing Pizza Hut’s adverts, but they are also talking about the brand with friends and family. The YouGov BrandIndex data also shows that current customer numbers – whether someone has purchased food or drink from Pizza Hut in the past 2 weeks – showed an uplift during February, indicating that the campaign has not only increased ad awareness and consideration for the brand, but successfully converted considerers into customers.
