The mall will also feature a Chuck E Cheese’s family entertainment centre, children’s nursery, pharmacy, dry cleaning store, optical store, money exchange and hair salons. Confirmed eateries include Pizzaro, Wendy’s, Second Cup, Arabian Grill, Burger King, Texas Chicken, Chappan Bhog and The Exit.

The community mall will primarily serve 24,000 homes in Nakheel’s Al Furjan, Discovery Gardens and The Gardens communities in Dubai.
